CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga (PIA) — The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Central Luzon is inviting qualified residents of the region to apply for the Philippine National Police (PNP) entrance, promotional, and police executive service eligibility written examinations set on April 19.
NAPOLCOM said online registration through its online scheduling system will open from February 16—20, 2026, via the official website www.napolcom.gov.ph.
Applicants with confirmed online appointments will undergo evaluation and processing of documents from February 18 to March 20, 2026 at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office 3 inside the Diosdado Macapagal Government Center.
In Central Luzon, the examinations will be conducted at Pampanga High School in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, and at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology-Sumacab Campus in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
The PNP entrance exam is open to Filipino citizens aged 21 to 30 years old who are graduates of any four-year college course, as well patrolmen and patrolwomen with temporary appointment status due to lack of eligibility.
Civilian applicants must present the printed or electronic online registration notice, two recent passport-sized colored photos with white background and name tag, one valid government-issued ID with date of birth, and a photocopy or certified true copy of a transcript of records, diploma, or certificate of graduation.
A legal-size window envelope with mailing stamp and a P400 examination fee are also required.
Meanwhile, qualified PNP personnel may take the promotional examinations, while senior officers may apply for the police executive service eligibility-written examination, which will be administered alongside the entrance and promotional exams.
NAPOLCOM advised interested applicants to register early as appointment slots are limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
