BALANGA CITY (PIA) — The Bataan Police Provincial Office intensified patrol operations across the province to ensure public safety and security during the Christmas and New Year holiday season.
Under the Ligtas Paskuhan 2025 campaign, the Bataan PPO implemented heightened security measures to maintain peace and order and provide a safe environment for residents and visitors taking part in holiday activities.
The intensified patrols focused on increasing police visibility in major thoroughfares, commercial centers, transport terminals, places of worship, and other areas where people usually gather during the Yuletide season.
Police personnel conducted regular foot and mobile patrols to prevent criminal activities and promptly respond to incidents.
Bataan PPO Provincial Director Police Colonel Marites Salvadora said the initiative highlights the provincial police’s strong commitment to safeguarding communities, especially during the festive season when public movement increases.
“These intensified patrols aim to prevent crimes, ensure swift police response, and strengthen the sense of safety and security among the people of Bataan as they celebrate the Christmas and New Year holidays,” Salvadora said.
