SAN MARCELINO, Zambales –The Zambales Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the local government unit (LGU) lunched its 10th Negosyo Center on Monday.

Negosyo Center was created under RA 10641 by Senator Bam Aquino mandating its establishment in all cities and municipalities in the country.

Mayor Elvis Soria said DTI will help in acquiring loans to be used by local businesses.

“Magandang regalo para sa panimula ng negosyo at sana naman huwag natin kalimutan magbayad”, the mayor said.

Zambales DTI Provincial Officer Leonila Baluyut said described this town as a fast-growing municipality of Zambales.

“Through Negosyo Center, we want to level up more products and services,” she said. Baluyut said the establishment of Negosyo Center is a milestone.

“We are now working for the registration of Barangay Micro Business Enterprises (BAMBE), she said. Establishing the Negosyo Center aims to conduct training programs as well as Information dissemination services sponsored by DTI, she added. The Negosyo Center offers business name and BAMBE registration assistance, business information and advocacy.

Businessmen can now process their business name at the Negosyo Center instead of going to the DTI office in Olongapo City or Iba, Zambales.
