The vice governor’s exhortation followed Nanay Gov’s presentation of her 14-point agenda comprising the strengthening of the provincial health systems; food security and agricultural resilience; youth empowerment, education, and skills development; good governance, ethical leadership and oversight mechanism to ensure transparency, anti-corruption, and people-centered governance; environmental regulatory and monitoring ordinance; Alagang Nanay: Comprehensive Provincial Social Welfare and Protection Program; employment, livelihood, and micro-enterprise promotion; digital governance and ICT development; disaster resilience and climate adaptation; cooperative development and financial inclusion; barangay empowerment and partnership; expanded access to quality and inclusive education; overseas Kapampangan welfare and reintegration; and provincial housing and human settlements development.

Board members who served in the 11th SP and have moved to other elective posts or “graduated” were also given recognition for their service to the Kapampangan, notably Alyssa Michaela Gonzales, now 3rd District representative, Benjamin Jocson now councilor of Mabalacat City, Rolando Balingit now councilor of Macabebe, Krizannel Garbo, and Atty.
