Many of the speakers are experts in the digital arena.
Program Committee Chair Susan Dimali acknowledges the significance. “It’s a reflection of where the world is going, and is an area that continues to be relevant event more so today in this country. What is interesting is that even though we have a track just for digital, a good number of the speakers chosen for creative, for example, are also digitally oriented,” she added.
In light of the recent disastrous typhoons that have besieged the country, the AdCon adds a level of CSR and related topics to boost awareness and increase relevance.
Culminating the AdCon event is the Araw Awards, deemed the Oscars of the advertising industry in the country which will unravel a whole new batch of outstanding performers in the realm of advertising and marketing.
