SUBIC, Zambales — Four suspected pushers in Barangay Calapacuan in this town and one in Barangay San Pablo, Castillejos town were arrested in anti-drug operations by the Zambales police.
Police Major Bryan Jude Maguddayao, head of Subic PNP, identified the suspects as May Ann Claudio y Egay, 30, of PeƱaranda Street, Barangay Calapacuan; and Jezreel Havana y Sato, 32, of No. 2 Anonas Street, Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City.
Recovered from the suspects were four transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the marked money worth P500.
At Bacero Street, Barangay Calapacuan, suspects Ryan Tupas y Hintalan, 37, and Halan Jawata, 39, were arrested selling a sachet of shabu worth P300 to a police poseur-buyer.
Recovered from the suspects were four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the marked money.
Also nabbed by police buying sachet of shabu were Paul Barbour y Fernadez, 36, of No. 21 Foster St., New Banicain, Olongapo City; and Julieta Gatmin y Marmolijo, 32, of No. 304 Narra Street, Barangay Ilwas, Subic, Zambales. Both suspects were 2016 drug surrenderees.
In Castillejos, operatives led by Police Major Joe Louies I Lo, arrested a tricycle driver selling shabu to police poseur buyer in Barangay San Juan.
The suspect was identified as Jimmy Domingo y Elemento, 35, of Barangay San Pablo, Castillejos.
Recovered from the suspect were two transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the marked money.
Police record showed Domingo has been arrested for several times over the same offense.
All the suspects are facing charges for violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26(b) and 11, Article II of RA 9165 before the Office of Provincial Prosecutor in Olongapo City.
