ANGELES CITY – A coffee shop well suited for millennials as well as for coffee enthusiasts is now brewing at the heritage district in Barangay Sto. Rosario here in front of Imerex Hotel.

The 7 Beans Café along Miranda Street was formally opened on Oct. 30 by the Mercado family.

Unlike the regular coffee shops, 7 Beans Café, acquaints the customers with the finest coffee, delicious food and homey ambiance resulting to extraordinary dining experience.

Alena David, store supervisor, said 7 Beans Café serves seven different kinds of coffee bean origins, both local and international, as well as all-time favorite dishes.

“We used to serve only one distinct coffee beans, that is Sagada beans, but now we have international coffee beans like Ethiopia and Columbia and local beans like Benguet and Atok,” she said. “But our signature drink is still Sagada,” she added.

Serving the right brew and right meal make a big difference. 7 Beans Café also has Kapampangan all-time favorite food on the menu.

“We serve food like kare-kare, sizzling sisig, caldereta and even sinigang na salmon as well as all-day breakfast, pasta and sandwiches,” she said.

If there’s another thing 7 Beans Café is known for, it’s their nostalgic and homey restaurant design, each corner is worthy of a snap on Instagram.

David said the ambiance of the coffee shop is now more conducive unlike before where the ambiance is more modern inside the Imerex Hotel. The ancestral house atmosphere is more Instagramable especially for millennials,” she explained.

7 Beans Café is open daily from 10 am to 11 pm.
