OLONGAPO CITY — Twenty-one suspected drug peddlers. Nine wanted persons for various crimes. Thirty common law violators.
A harvest of arrests, all in five days’ work, by the Olongapo City Police Office under its Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) covering the period of Aug. 19 to 23.
Also seized in the operations were 85 sachets of shabu weighing 30.61 grams with estimated street value of P208,148.00, five sachets of marijuana weighing 15.52 grams with estimated value of P1,862, cash of P3,040used as bet money and gambling paraphernalia.
City police director Col. Benjamin Sembrano, Jr. said that the continuous practice of crime prevention and relentless conduct of anti-criminality operations were carried out by operating units of the six city police stations to ensure that peace and order in Olongapo City is kept above standard.
