Police arrested Raphael Urquiza, 36, of Barangay San Jose this city, after the frail girl pointed to him as the one who placed something on her private part.
“Hinatak ako ng lalake, pinadapa at may ipinasok sa pepe ko,” the victim’s mother said was the reply of her Grade 1 daughter when she asked why she was crying and had blood on her thighs.
She said that she brought her daughter at the Bataan General Hospital where the attending physician told her “may pilit na ipinasok ang lalaki sa ari ng anak mo.”
P03 Valentina De Lena, head of Balanga City police Women’s and Children’s Desk, said the little girl accompanied her to the place where the suspect grabbed her. “Victim does not know what the suspect inserted in her ‘ari’,” the policewoman said.
She said that the victim and her younger sister were on the way home after taking a bath at a free-flowing well near the village hall when the suspect grabbed the little girl and brought her inside his house.
De Lena said suspect was charged for rape in relation to Republic Act 7610 and is now detained at the Bataan provincial jail.
