    19 arrests, no deaths in anti-drugs police ops

    CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Nineteen suspected illegal drugs dealers were arrested by the police in various operations in the last six days in this province, Pampanga police director Senior Supt. Joel Consulta reported.

    He said those arrested included Lailanie Pascual, 20, of Kadenang Kristal in Barangay Sapang Biabas in Mabalacat City who was found with six pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected shabu. Her companion Jason Santiago escaped during the police operations against them.

    Six more were arrested separately in this city and the towns of Magalang, Mexico and Guagua. The suspects were identified as Jessie Feliciano, 34, and his brother Jayson Feliciano, 29, and Fernando Emerson Lelay, 48, all off Barangay San Jose in San Fernando; Jefferson Sahagun, 33, of Lacson St., Barangay Sta. Cruz in Magalang; Rolly Trinidad, 35, of Barangay Sto Cristo in Guagua; and Aljon Bernabe, 21, of Barangay Pandakaki in Mexico, he said.

    Consulta reported that yet another eight suspects in illegal drugs were nabbed in Barangay San Vicente in Sto. Tomas town: Rolando Castro, 35, Christian Garcia, 18, both of Calulut in San Fernando; Byron Kier Reyes, 24 of Bacoor City in Cavite; Paul John Fabillaran, 22, of Dasmarinas City in Cavite; Ryan Mercado, 38, of Atlubola in Mabalacat City; and Rosarion Quiambao, 43,of Maimpis in San Fernando.

    He also cited more arrests in Porac, Mabalacat and Bacolor, including suspects Zander Ian Lariza, 34, of Daang Bakal in Barangay Dau in Mabalacat; Don Nelson Guintu, 25, of Sta. Ines in Bacolor; and Allan Pacpaco, 42, of Sta. Cruz in Porac.

    Also arrested was Rolando Oya, 41, tagged as the No. 7 “street target” of the local police in Porac town.

    Consulta did not provide further details on the arrests.
