“This year I’m planning to re-launch the Beauty Care or Cosmetology course in my school, Jocson College. It is in celebration of the school’s 70th anniversary. It will be an exceptional course because Japanese and Korean technologies are included in the curriculum. To keep the quality of education, I will send instructors to Korea for further training. In this way the students will learn new techniques and knowledge to have a competitive edge here and abroad,” shares Leigh.
