ANGELES CITY – The Association of Government Employees for a New Dynamic Angeles City (AGENDA) thanked Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. for providing free flu vaccines to 4,744 city hall employees.
“Sa libreng flu vaccine, we can be assured that our employees are protected and healthy.”
Lazatin said the initiative aimed to protect the city hall employees from potential diseases of the respiratory system. He deployed the Ronda Bakuna Bus, which was manned by members of the Angeles City Health Office, to fast track the anti-flu vaccination.
“This is part of our promise that we will continue to put top priority on the health of our workers since they are vital in providing the services needed by our constituents,” he said.
Back in 2022, at Lazatin’s initiative, city hall employees underwent annual physical examination and medical history checking including blood pressure check-up, chest X-ray, urinalysis, electrocardiogram test and blood test. Angeles CIO
