Chief Inspector Don Dicksie De Dios, Limay police chief, said the seven aged 18 to 24 years old were brought for inquest Thursday at the Provincial Prosecutors Office in Balanga City.
The four minors, 16 to 17 years old were turned over to their parents for counseling by social workers.
The victim was the only girl in the party where she also drank hard liquor with the boys.
De Dios said police who were roving in the vicinity of Barangay Reformista in Limay collared the suspects a few minutes after the victim reported the incident at 12:18 a.m. of Wednesday.
He said that victim complained that the suspects touched and mashed her breasts and some forced her to lick their penises.
He said the suspects, based on allegation of the victim, played “spin d’ bottle.”
Joy Transfiguracion, social welfare officer in Limay, said the four minors claimed they have nothing to do with what happened to the girl. “Nadamay lang daw sila,” she said.
The social worker said the victim will be in Grade 10 this coming enrollment in Lamao High School in Limay.
De Dios said cases for rape in relation to RA 7610 and acts of lasciviousness were filed against the seven suspects.
“Ang bail sa acts of lasciviousness pa lamang ay P180,000 na walang reduction of bail. Mabigat ang kaso ito dahil minor ang biktima,” the chief of police said.
