CABANATUAN CITY – Three teen-aged girls were killed and another was in critical condition after the single motorcycle they were riding, driven by one of them, rammed into a dump truck in Barangay Bacong, San Luis, Aurora Wednesday afternoon.
The casualties were identified as Kathlyn Sagala,17, of Barangay Calabuanan; Kimberly Abriam,15, of Barangay Suklayin; and Novelyn Budoy,17, of Barangay Buhangin, all of Baler. Aurora.
Rushed to a local hospital for treatment was Norie Anne Budoy, 15, sister of Novelyn.
Investigation showed the victims were on board a single motorcycle on their way home from San Luis town when the motorcycle hit the truck driven by Dionisio Rebolido, 47, of Barangay Ramada, Maria Aurora, Aurora.
Rebolido who is facing reckless imprudence resulting to multiple homicide and serious physical injuries was detained at San Luis police station, police said.
