MISS UNIVERSE 2018 Catriona Gray says she is open to acting and auditioning for Darna.
Catriona laughed before answering, “Am I open for acting? Yes, I’m open for acting.
“I’m open to any opportunity that may come my way.
“Acting is a field that I have not yet had any experience in but I’m a very eager learner.”
Since Liza Soberano backed out from playing the Pinay superheroine, Star Cinema is now looking for the actress to bring life to the new Darna.
Catriona pointed out, “As for auditioning for a certain role, I would very much be open to it.”
What has kept her busy for the past few months?
“The last time that I was here in the Philippines, it was the homecoming. It was very emotional for me. I think I cried everday that week. I was so overwhelmed
“I’ve been based in New York and I’ve been doing a lot of charity work.”

JOSHUA GARCIA and Julia Barretto are off to Hong Kong this Holy Week.
“Feeling ko, pupunta kaming Hong Kong nila Julia kasama yung mga pinsan niya, ayun,” says Joshua.
It will not be his first time to visit China’s autonomous territory.
In September 2018, he was there for an event, but did not have the chance to explore.
Their upcoming trip will include two theme parks in their itinerary.
“Never pa kasi ako nakakapag-Disneyland, e, so kinonvince ko siya kung puwede kaming mag-Hong Kong. Sabi niya, oo daw, punta kami Disneyland saka Ocean Park ba yun?”
This is by far their second holiday trip abroad.
In December 2017, Joshua flew with Julia and her family to Niseko, Japan—among the actors’ dream destinations.
Are there any summer plans for the lovey dovey couple?
The Star Magic talent replied, “Beach talaga ko, e. Kasi kapag nasa Manila ako, walang beach dito, e. So kailangan pumunta pa ko sa probinsiya sa ‘min, Batangas.”
Meanwhile, the 21-year-old star has two important goals this year, aside from crossing items off her travel bucket list.
One is finding and building his dream house.
The other has something to do with “healthier living.”
Admittedly, “Hindi ako active na tao, e. Wala ako masyadong sports. Kasi hindi naman ako lumalabas ng bahay, e.”
But he intends to change that. “…parang tumatanda rin tayo, tatanda rin ako, so parang hangga’t bata, alam mo yun, nakakapagexercise ako kahit papano. So kahit konting papawis lang okay na, e.”

THE LAST leg of the 2019 Castaway held at the grounds of the Clark Global City was a huge success.
The venue was flocked by thousands of music lovers and jammers who were very eager to see their music icons in flesh.
Performers like Unique, Hale and Ely Buendia made the crowd grow wilder.
Unique Salonga iss a former member of the local band IV of spades.
Now with his hit song Midnight sky, Unique penetrates the mainstream with his kind of music.
Hale’s song “The Day You Said goodnight” made the crowd clamor for more of their songs.
On the other hand, Ely Buendia sung all; the hit songs of his former band “Eraserheads”.
Sporting his new hair color the singer gave the audience the songs they all wanted to hear like:Ang Huling El Bimbo,Di na Muli, pare ko and Alapaap.
Indeed, it was a delightful party night out!
