Reports reaching the Zambales Police Provincial Office (ZPPO), Director, Sr. Supt. Rolando Felix, identified the victims as Virgilio Bulatao, Jr., 42 of Sitio Baculi, Barangay Cadmang and Rafael Rafael, 42, aka Baguio Boy, of Barangay Panan, Botolan, Zambales.
Inspector Jose Arca, chief of Cabangan Police, said that at about 2 p.m., the victims came from Sitio Baculi and upon reaching Barangay Cadmang they were riddled with bullets from a 12-gauge shotgun.
Witnesses told investigator, the suspects were all wearing black T-shirts and fled on board a XRM motor cycle without plate number after shooting the victims.
Police recovered four empty shells of 12-gauge shotgun at the crime scene.
Operatives of the Zambales police are still conducting investigation as to the motive of the killing and identity of the suspects.
