GUAGUA, Pampanga – A total of 1,681 students from various schools in Guagua received ₱4,000 in financial aid through the Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP) of the Provincial Government of Pampanga.
Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda led the distribution of assistance during ceremonies held at Guagua National Colleges (GNC).
The governor said the initiative aims to support Kapampangan youth by easing their financial burden, promoting academic excellence, and expanding educational opportunities.
According to the Pampanga Provincial Library, student beneficiaries receive assistance twice a year, with the provincial government supporting 13,000 to 14,000 scholars across the province.
