SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – Hundreds of shooters from regions 1, 2, 3, 4 and Metro Manila are expected to join the 1st P/CSupt. Orlando Maddela, Jr. (Ret) Cup, Level ll, PPSA sanction Match to be held at the SBMA Firing Range Naval Magazine on May 29-31.
Zambales, Olongapo Pistol and Riffle Association (ZOPRA) headed by its President Anthony “Bong” Dela Peña will host the three-day competition.
The competitions have seven stages which include: Stage 1, Tactics; Stage 2, Scorpion’s Tail; Stage 3, Way of the Scorpion; Stage 4, Two-Way; Stage 5, Sting; Stage 6, Zigzag and Stage 7, Along D’ Way.
Shooters will be competing in Open, Standard, Modified, Production, Revolver and Single Stack. At least 54 trophies will be given to the winners.
Top shooters, like Jethro Dionisio, former World Shooter Champion, are expected to join the event.
