In the vice-gubernatorial contest, three-term Subic town Mayor Jefferson Khonghun will challenge incumbent Vice Gov. Angel Magsaysay-Cheng.
In the 1st District, former Gov. Vicente “Vic” Magsaysay is seeking a political comeback via the House seat occupied by incumbent Rep. Jeffrey Khonghun. One Allan Galvez also entered the contest on the last day of filing at the provincial Commission on Elections office.
Re-electing Rep. Cheryl Deloso-Montalla will have lawyer Wilfredo Pangan of PDP-Laban as rival for the 2nd District.
The mayorship of Subic town is a contest between former Vice Gov. Ramon Lacbain and provincial board member Jon Khonghun.
