CABANATUAN CITY – A woman who allegedly jumped from the third floor inside a mall here at about 2:30 p.m, Monday is now being treated in a local hospital.
Images on social media showed the woman lying in front of a drugstore inside the mall was being attended to by the mall’s emergency response team.
She was seen also being covered from the crowd as she was rushed to the hospital.
The SM City Cabanatuan management confirmed the incident in a statement:
“There was an incident in SM City Cabanatuan involving a female costumer. Our Emergency Response Team was immediately on site and brought the person to the nearby hospital.”
It added that the police is investigating the incident.
Police withheld the identity of the woman. Reports said she was accompanied in the mall by her father.
