AFTER its resounding success in bringing to life the stymied housing townships of Xevera projects in Pampanga, Westchester Realty Corporation is set to launch an entirely new project within the bustling residential and commercial enclave in Xevera Mabalacat.

The new housing enclave named as Xevera Prestige – that aims to cater to middle-income families and individuals – will be staging its grand launch this coming March 17, coinciding with a musical concert led by top-notch songstress, fashion model and YouTube sensation Gigi De Lana and her band The Gigi Vibes, back-to-back with balladeer Richard Poon and surprise performers.

Up for grabs in the exclusive commune of Xevera Prestige in Mabalacat are 450 residential lots with a minimum lot area of 110 sqm. Lot buyers will have the opportunity to build their own homes based on their lifestyle and design preferences.

Westchester Chairman and former Mindoro Governor, Rodolfo G. Valencia, said Xevera Prestige is another housing development that is anchored on their company’s vow to provide “affordable luxury” immediately following the success of Westchester’s redevelopment program of GA Towers, a condominium project along EDSA in Mandaluyong City.

“Our redevelopment programs continue to extend to the countryside as we believe in our capacity to provide luxury living yet more than affordable in terms of pricing,” Valencia said.

Xevera Mabalacat, a redeveloped housing township where the Xevera Prestige enclave is likewise located, boasts of complete amenities and accessibility. These include an Olympic size swimming pool, covered basketball courts, gym and fitness center.

Lot buyers in Xevera Prestige will enjoy the same amenities including commercial center within and inside the Xevera Mabalacat complex such as groceries and supermarkets (Robinson’s and Star Mall), Mercury Drug, 7-Eleven among other commercial establishments. The complex has its own school and church for places of learning and worship, not to mention the City Hall of Mabalacat located inside the vast complex.

Valencia also said that since the number of available lots is limited, inquiries and reservations have started to pour in despite the fact that the project has yet to be officially launched. He attributed this to the pricing and payment scheme such as “no downpayment” and straight installment scheme of P23,260 monthly amortization.

“We will start our official selling and accepting of reservationson our launch date (March 17) and at the rate that we are going and as buyers’ interest continue to swell, we expect to sell all the 450 lots in a span of 3 to 4 months,” Valencia further disclosed.
