SUBIC, Zambales – A top most wanted person in Quezon province was arrested by joint operatives of the 301st Maritime Police Station, Subic PNP, and Real, Quezon Municipal Police Station inside his safehouse in Barangay Cawag here.
Police Lt. Romeo Cañete, head of 301st Marime Police Station, identifi ed the suspect as Pepito Formentera y Bareta, of Sitio Mateng-eb, Barangay Cawag.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Judge Agripino R Bravo of the Regional Trial Court Fourth Judicial Region Branch 65, Infanta, Quezon for the crime of murder with no bail recommended.
Formentera was turned over to the police of Real, Quezon for custody.
