OLONGAPO CITY – A laborer working inside Subic Bay Freeport Zone facing charges for violation of women’s rights was arrested by operatives of CIDG Zambales.
CIDG Zambales head Chief Inspector Edgar Q. Balagso identifi ed the suspect as Ariel Ledres y Sumulat, 28, of Purok 4, Roosevelt, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
He was arrested at Boton Annex Facility, SBMA by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rusty Naya, acting presiding judge of RTC Branch 55, San Carlos City, Pangasinan for violation of RA 9262 (violation of women’s right).
Ledres is now detained at CIDG Zambales with recommended bail of P24,000 for his temporary liberty.
