OLONGAPO CITY – The Top 9 Most Wanted Person in Subic, Zambales was arrested in Las Piñas City by joint operatives of the Olongapo/Zambales CIDG field units, 301st /303rd Maritime Police Station and Subic police.
Police identified the suspect as Edwin Estari y Mones. He was arrested in Barangay Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas City.
Report said the suspect has an existing warrant of arrest for homicide cited in Criminal Case no. 2019-444 issued by Presiding Judge Richard Paradeza of RTC Branch 72 Olongapo City dated June 18, 2020 with P120,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
The arrest of suspect stemmed from the information received by police authorities from Elena Ustari Antonio. According to her, the suspect was often seen along Barangay Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas City and working as a tricycle driver.
Upon verification of CIDG, it was found out that the suspect was listed number 9 Top Most Wanted of the Subic Municipal Police Station.
Suspect is now under custody of CIDG.
