OLONGAPO CITY — The No. 4 in the most wanted list of the Antique police was arrested by joint operatives of the CIDG-Olongapo field unit and various units of the Zambales, Bataan, the Laua-an, Antique police, intel and mobile patrol units Thursday in Sitio Nagbayukan, Barangay Cawag, Subic, Zambales.
CIDG-Olongapo chief Major Kim Dominic Gamboa identified the suspect as Albert Garmino y Tongcua, 36, of Barangay La Paz San Narciso, Zambales and a native of San Jose, Antique.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for murder under Criminal Case No. 1334 issued by Presiding Judge Marion G. Andres, Jr., of San Jose, Antique dated April 22, 2015.
