SAN MARCELINO, Zambales – Elements of the San Marcelino Municipal Police Station intensified its campaign against Wanted Persons following the arrest of a Filipino-Chinese businessman here.
Police Captain Janice Piega, town police chief, identifi ed the suspect as Ken Swan Tiu y Lee alias Sonny Tiu, 57, of Barangay La Paz, San Marcelino.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Vicente E. Lamug of MCTC Iba, Zambales for falsifi cation of documents with recommended bail of P6,000; and another warrant of arrest for a similar off ense issued by Presiding Judge Vicente S. Fernandez of MTC San Felipe, Zambales with recommended bail of P36,000.
The suspect is now under the custody of San Marcelino Police Station.
