UAHS’98: 20 Years of Legacy, Kapatad Kapilan man!

THE University of the Assumption High School batch 1998 is celebrating our 20 years anniversary this year with a theme “20 Years of Legacy, kapatad kapilan man.” UAHS98 had produced notable individuals in different areas of expertise from local to national and international. As lead by the Communitas (Community Service) mission of their Alma matter instead of highlighting individual success. The batch had a year round celebration focused on community service.

UAHS98 conducted series of activities that created impact to different communities, organization and institutions in the province and in Metro Manila. They had medical and giving back project tied up with DSWD Lubao in March. In the same month, The had an outreach activity in Gawad Kalinga Porac coordinated by one of the top supervisor of Iqor, Mrs. Pamela Bata Bondoc. They partnered with DepEd for Brigada Eskewela in May through Mrs. Karen Mendoza Dimacali. They joined the Buwan ng Kalikasan of DENR last June with the initiative of Ms. Mary Grace Marin and Mrs. Jenny Caguiat Henson. They shared a meaningful activity for the elderlies at bahay Pag-Ibig last August through the coordination of one of VXI Global solution leaders, Mrs. Lorela Aguilar Pena. In September, they bring a simple joy to the patients of National Children’s Hospital. The batch also hosted a gratitude event for the UAHS faculty in October with the support of UA Alumni Office.

UAHS98 wants to initiate doing community service that will bring solace to many lives. UAHS98 believes that our effort will be a torchbearer to other groups who also wish to be involved in community service. The event organizers are the power couple, Engr. Patrick Munoz and Mrs. Janet Munoz, Mrs. Judith Katherine Vitug Business woman and health enthusiast, Emily Parmisano of Parmisano’s and U.S base composer and event specialist, Neriann Miranda.

The batch will culminate their celebration on December 29, 2018. They will have a Motorcade at 2:00 P.M starting from Vila del Sol to SM city Pampanga. The mass and the dinner celebration will follow at Girly’s Place at San Antonio, Lubao Pampanga. Mr. Avel Antonio, marketing and branding consultant and former UAHS faculty, will be hosting the event. K-tribu Band will perform in the said event. The mass celebrant will be Rev. Fr Francis Mallari of Mother of Good Counsel Seminary.
