TARLAC CITY — Tarlac State University (TSU) will conduct limited face to face graduation rites from June 28 to July 2.
TSU President Arnold Velasco confirmed that members of the Board of Regents will serve as guest speakers for these ceremonies.
“We came up with a schedule that will run for five days with morning batch and afternoon batch of graduates to ensure our adherence to minimum public health protocols,” Velasco said.
Likewise, TSU Capas Campus will also be holding its first-ever graduation since its opening in 2018.
The first batch of graduates will come from the three programs offered by the campus including Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Science in Criminology, and Bachelor of Science in Public Administration.
With regard to limited face to face classes, Velasco said they have done series of consultations with students, teachers, non-teaching personnel, and local government units.
“Parents have given their consent to allow their children to attend limited face to face classes for the upcoming academic year. However, online classes will still remain as part of the flexible learning of the students,” he shared. (CLJD/GLSB-PIA 3)
