CLARK FREEPORT – In a shared commitment to uplift the well-being of the community and promote healthcare excellence, The Medical City Clark formally entered into a partnership agreement with the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) in a ceremony held at the TMC Clark Multipurpose Hall here on July 14.

Signatories to the memorandum of agreement were Andrew B. Meadows, a member of The Medical City Board of Directors, and Francisco Villanueva, Jr., Ph.D., CILA president.

Under the MOA, CILA members are entitled to up to 15% discount on inpatient hospitalization and 10% discount on outpatient services. Their declared dependents will enjoy up to 10% discount on inpatient care and 7% on outpatient services.

Emergency medical services, including ambulance use, will also be discounted by 5% for both members and dependents.

Aimed to strengthen access to high-quality medical care for CILA members and their legal dependents through dedicated access and exclusive rates at TMC Clark, The MOA stands as a testament to the two institutions’ aligned vision of enabling accessible, world-class healthcare within the Clark Freeport Zone and beyond.

Serving as official witnesses to the agreement were Janine May P. Samala, head of TMC Clark sales and marketing, and Radito Tuazon, CILA corporate secretary.
