The Medical City Clark (TMC Clark) marked its 10th Anniversary with a grand celebration held on January 24, 2025, showcasing a decade of milestones and unwavering dedication to world-class healthcare.
The event highlighted the institution’s journey, achievements, and vision for the future. The evening started with a Thanksgiving Mass, setting a solemn tone. This was followed by the Invocation and National Anthem, performed by the Holy Angel University Chorale, and a special song presentation by Ms.
Cynthia Tuazon from TMC Clark’s Laboratory Department.
Dr. Charmie D. Arribe, Chief Medical Officer, and Dr. Alejandro L. Garcia, Hospital Administrator, extended their heartfelt welcome remarks. They focused on the hospital’s commitment to providing exceptional healthcare and thanked everyone for their invaluable contributions to its success.
The program included a segment titled “Honoring Excellence,” where outstanding esteemed partners who have played pivotal roles in TMC Clark’s growth were recognized as they shared their inspiring remarks:

The Holy Angel University Chorale returned with another captivating performance, setting up the mood for the much-anticipated “Toast to Excellence” and unveiling of the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) Gold Seal of Approval by Dr. Noelito M. Lacsamana, President and CEO of TMC Clark. This moment symbolized the institution’s adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety in healthcare.
Looking Back and Moving Forward
A special video presentation celebrated TMC Clark’s 10 years of progress, showcasing all the achievements and milestones that the institution has reached over the years. This was then followed by a dinner featuring a heartwarming performance by The CompanY. Messages of support from Mr. Jose Xavier B. Gonzales, Chairman of TMC’s Board of Directors, and Dr. Stuart A. Bennett, President and Group CEO, reinforced the institution’s commitment to excellence.
The evening also featured the recognition of Quality Board Competition winners who represented the four pillars of healthcare: Quality, Experience, Safety, and Teamwork. A teaser video for the “Discover Your Wellness” episode of TMC Clark, created in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, was
presented. Additionally, the program paid tribute to history makers, including JCI Core members, Champions, and Committee Chairs, providing a meaningful highlight to the event.
Dr. Domicias L. Albacite, Chief of Clinics, delivered his heartfelt closing remarks, highlighting the pride and gratitude that filled the venue that evening. He reiterated the hospital’s dedication to pushing boundaries, embracing innovation, and upholding the highest standards of care.
