ANGELES CITY – “Bigger and Classier.”

Thus said Willy Tan, president of Hausland Development Corp. (HDC), as he led the opening of Timog Residences in Barangay Cuayan on Friday (April 27).

Asked to comment on the difference between Timog Residences and HDC’s other projects in Pampanga, Tan said they target “retirees” in the 42.26-hectare subdivision.

Tan thanked Tito Lazatin and his family for entrusting a bigger project in Timog Residences. They earlier partnered to create the Timog Park Homes in nearby Barangay Pampang, here.

The HDC under the Homexperience Projects has also developed Nouveau, Mirus, Mansfield and Hanin Town residences-subdivisions in this city.

The houses at Timog Residences have four basic designs: Summer; Autumn; Winter and Spring.

“Live in harmony. Taste the sweet convenience of suburbs,” said HDC in a statement.

Some 1,426 saleable lots are available in the classic American architecture-inspired subdivision.  It will have at least six multi-purpose open spaces.

“Live in a serene and peaceful community without being deprived of the city’s marvels. Travel without too much hassle as the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport is just 10 minutes away from your home,” said the HDC.

“Party more because the city’s treasures won’t let you social life be placid; and worry less because everything you need is just within your reach,” it added.

In 2011, Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Chairman Jejomar Binay awarded the Funding Commitment Line to Tan and the HDC for the development of 17 projects in Central Luzon.
