Central Country Estate Inc. (CCEI) , owner and developer of The Lakeshore Estate in Mexico, Pampanga, Km 71 along NLEX, celebrated 10th anniversary last September 23.
With much exuberance, the management conceptualized the celebration only one of its kind and the program carved up to three major components – cocktail with fashion show, concert and clubbing – there was no other best way to celebrate a decade of excellence than this.
The Lakeshore tent was creatively transformed into a “big apple” party scene with of course New York ambiance and elements. Attended by significant personalities from political and business sectors, socialites and whos who in Central Luzon as well as in Metro Manila, the anniversary party made it more glam and classy.
It was a celebration unlike any other, hosted by famous Johnny Litton. Program started with delicious cocktails catered by well known Le Chef Billy King of Le Souffle while 10 lovely Brazilian models showed off their corporate and resort wear during fashion show.
Guests welcomed by CCEI director Brian Mangio and top 20 brokers for the past decade were awarded by Arch. Nestor Mangio, the celebration was more exciting with performances of the beautiful Krista Kleiner.
Second part of the program was unvieled, curtains up and guests were ushered by Kapampangan models to the main hall of the tent.
Spectacles of tranquil and beauty of the Lakeshore estate were projected on the 60 feet wide watch out screen while Brazilian and local models perfromed as goddesses in backdrop of the paradise landscape.
Architect Nestor Mangio presented the 10 year milestone of the Lakeshore through a travelogue and animation video. Guests were in awe while witnessing the Lakeshore vision 10 years ago and how it successfully came in to reality. With all the trials along the way, Lakeshore continued its journey to succes.
One of the main highlights of the evening was the signing of the joint venture agreement of CCEI and Pro-Friends led by Pro-Friends chairman Gerry Choa.
The joint venture agreement signing witnessed by CCEI directors namely Eddie Hao, Sammy Uy, Michael Hao, Arch. Brian Mangio and Hazel Paras while Pro-Friends represented by its directors namely Kathy Choa, Augusto Leonardo, Chris Hilario, Vince Abejo and Gabby Laurel. Father Fernando Suarez prayed over the partnership after the signing of agreement.
The new endorser of Lakeshore, Babara Baretto, an international model, and the new advertising campaign were also unveiled.
The night was getting shorter but the fun was getting bigger and breathtaking, as the concert treat begun, led by the 48-piece Manila Symphony Orchestra, The Angelos, Ms. Fame Flores and surprise perfomace of Mr. George Yang, chairman and founder of Mc Donald Philippines.
Guests were indeed surprised, kept applauding and admiring Mr. Yang perfomances, even Peter Herman, New York concert producer, was impressed with Mr. Yang.
Last part of the program was more stunning and vibrating as the music of the 80’s by DJ Boyet Almazan of Gills and Opus started playing. Guests really loved the clubbing and off beat music that made everyone dancing and laughing all through out the night.
Thumbs up, excellent food, great program, very well attended, all praises and good wishes were just some of the numerous positive comments from the guests. Everyone had a great time.
Certainly, in Lakehore there’s always good time, extra fun and more to see.
Here’s to another decade and more. Happy 10th year!
