MANILA, Philippines — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today celebrated the Philippines’ top real estate achievements at the 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints and Dongpeng Ceramic.

This year’s awards underscored the growing prominence of Central Luzon, a region experiencing an upswing in development, fueled by infrastructure projects and rapid economic progress. Developers from Central Luzon joined their counterparts from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, to celebrate an evening of recognition, with over 80 award categories presented.

Robinsons Land solidified its dominance, winning two of the year’s most prestigious Developer categories: Best Developer (Luzon) and Best Developer overall, marking the third consecutive year it has won the latter.

Megaworld Corporation, the most awarded company of the year, earned the Best Condo Development (Luzon) title for Chelsea Parkplace, a trailblazing project within Capital Town Pampanga, its new township in Central Luzon.

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) also succeeded with projects in the region. SMDC Cheerful Homes 2, a master-planned community in Pampanga province, earned the Best Housing Development (Luzon) award while Sunnyvale 2, a residential community in Tarlac province, was honoured with the Best Affordable Economic Housing Development (Luzon) title.

Hausland Development Corporation, a first-time contender from Pampanga, emerged as a standout winner this year with the distinction for Best Housing Developer. The Hauslands Mabalacat, a premier residential community near Clark, won the Best Housing Development (Luzon) award for the company.

Fiesta Communities Incorporated, another impressive debut contender, won Best Socialized Housing Development for Fiesta Communities – San Rafael Extension in Tarlac.

PH1 World Developers also celebrated success, with Northscapes San Jose Del Monte, a sustainable project in Bulacan, winning the Best Eco Friendly Housing Development award.

Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said: “We applaud the award-winning developers in another impressive year for the Philippines’ real estate market. The entries truly kept pace with the fast growth of the Philippine economy, driven by robust investment, public spending, tourism, and overseas remittances. The Philippines’ most vibrant cities continue to progress, with more live-work-play communities, luxurious residential enclaves, and smart suburban developments. Congratulations to all awardees this year for their outstanding achievements.”

Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the independent panel of judges, PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, said: “This year, the independent panel of judges saw a remarkable level of participation from developers across the Philippines, underlining their pursuit of excellence, independent validation, and market differentiation. Such engagement highlights the drive of Filipino developers to set new benchmarks for quality in one of Southeast Asia’s most rapidly expanding economies. Congratulations to all the winners.”
