THE Provincial Government of Tarlac turned-over a brand new Suzuki All Purpose Vehicle (APV) passenger van to Barangay Dumarais, La Paz, July 3.
The simple turn-over in front of the provincial capitol was a fulfillment of the promise made by Governor Susan Yap to the people of Dumarais.
“I promised them this APV van way back…now it the fulfillment of that promise,” Yap said.
The officials of Barangay Dumarais led by Barangay Captain Crisencio Manuel accepted the van and thanked Yap for the vehicle.
“I thank Governor Susan Yap for this vehicle…it was a dream come true for our barangay,” Manuel said.
Majority of the funding for the van was shouldered by the provincial government.
“Use it for the needs of your barangay,” Yap pointed-out.
The turn-over was likewise witnessed by first district Board Member Joy Gilbert Lamorena.
