CLARK FREEPORT – As the summer heat starts to sizzle, Park Inn Hotel Clark by Radisson offers a dose of its own version of cool and relaxing evenings with its “acoustic nights” every weekend.
Percy Gamboa, Park Inn F&B manager, has announced that the hotel will be staging its acoustic nights with diff erent artists from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. starting this Friday.
During the launching of the media forum “News@Hues” organized by the Pampanga Press Club in cooperation with Park Inn Hotel Clark by Radisson last Tuesday, Park Inn PR and marketing manager Ryan Marimla also announced the other hotel-initiated promotions.
Starting March 1, Marimla said, Park Inn will begin its campaign for Earth Hour with a tree planting activity which is now being finalized in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Earth Hour is a worldwide movement for the planet organized by the World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF). The event is held worldwide annually encouraging individuals, communities, households and businesses to Switch Off their non-essential lights for one hour, from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. towards the end of March, as a symbol for their commitment to the planet.
Marimla said Park Inn will participate in the “Switch Off ” on Earth Hour 8:30-9:30 p.m. with SM City Clark.
On March 25, the Park Inn staff will perform in a night of acoustic jam, Marimla said.
He also said Earth Hour inspired cookies will be sold daily and the buyers’ name placed in a list so that they can be acknowledged at the end of the promo.
The cookies, which have the WWF signature Panda paws on them, will replace the existing cookies in the hotel. “The cookies, which will sell for P100 for every five pieces in attractive packaging, go very well with coffee which is in turn offered at 50 percent discount from 7 p.m. to 12 midnight nightly in the hotel,” Marimla said.
Meanwhile, Gamboa said all cocktails will be offered buy one take one during happy hour from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily while buy one take one for beers will be open from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily. He said after happy hour, a bucket of beer which consists of six bottles will sell at P500.
A 50 percent off of on all house wines, red and white or by the glass or bottles, will also be available, he added.
“Everything is value-driven and not hurtful to the budget,” Gamboa said.
But there’s more.
Marimla said another promo is the “Road to 20K” to start on March 15 and ends April 15. What’s up for grabs?
“We will be giving away three days, two nights stay with breakfast buffet for two by Park Inn Radisson Clark and
another three days and two nights stay by Park Inn Radisson Davao with breakfast buffet for two,” said Marimla. The general mechanics of the promo will be using social media apps like facebook, tweeter and Instagram, he said.
“Ask a friend to like our facebook page and then ask him or her to send his contact details via facebook private message including the real name of the liker and other contact details like email,” he said.
“Send details via private message and Park Inn will be the one to make the raffle coupons for him,” he added.
“After the end of the promo period, we will be doing the raffl e,” Marimla said.
“You can do this on your own or have a referrer, the name of your friend or the person who referred the person to like our page is also part of the coupon,” he explained. “Once we get the winner of the “stay,” automatically the referrer will also win the ‘Supersize Set Meal’ which has become popular to Park Inn patrons,” he added.
“At Park Inn Hues, you will have all the options that you want. Just relax,” he concluded.
