Subic Enerzone introduced Mobile AP and EBillTxt to the Ayta residents in Bataan

Subic Bay Freeport – With the company’s desire to provide convenience to customers in accessing their electric bills, Subic EnerZone team, led by their AVP for Customer Service and General Office, Engr. Justin Jay Navarro, introduced Mobile AP and eBillTxt to its customers in Pastolan Village, Brgy. Tipo, Hermosa, Bataan last week.

The team assisted its customers in downloading the Mobile AP, user registration, and account enrollment. They also assisted the customers in enrolling in eBillTxt for those using basic phones.

With this innovation, customers of Subic EnerZone can now view their monthly electricity bill on their mobile phones anytime, anywhere. This platform will also help customers refrain from going out and be safe, as they can also pay their monthly electricity bills through online payment partners.

In 2020, the Aboitiz Power Distribution Utilities (APDU) Group came up with this innovation to provide customers with easier access to their accounts. Subic EnerZone operates as a subsidiary of Aboitiz Power Corporation.

Subic EnerZone encourages its customers to download MobileAP, which is available for free in the Play Store or App Store, by typing “MobileAP” in the search bar.

Aside from the orientation, Subic Enerzone also provided an onsite inquiry desk regarding their billings and electrical applications. Subic EnerZone will continue making improvements and innovations for customer service, as they believe that customer satisfaction should be the top priority. (MALOU DUNGOG)
