Central Luzon Center for Health Deveiopment (CLCHD) is one with the Department of Health in addressing the findings and recommendations of the Commission on Audit (COA) in its 2020 Consolidated Annual Audit Report (CAAR).
The CLCHD is closely working with the Department of Health to fulfill and address findings and recommendations received by our agency in the published COA Report. The CLCHD has been complying with the Commission on Audit’s (COA) observations and reconrmendations.
ln the CAAR, the COA cited deficiencies in the Properly, Planr and Equipment (PPE), issues in property management and submission of transaction documents: to date, the last two findings were already addressed by the CLCHD while a reconciliation of the PPE, account is currenrly being undertaken by the Accounting and Supply Unit. Rest assured that appropriate actions to correct and prevent the recurrence of these findings is being implemented.
The CLCHD management assures the public that, despite these difficult times. all the executives and emplovees of CLCHD have been tirelessly and faithfully serving the people to provide them with quality healthcare services; we are fulfilling the requirernents of COA and we will consider their recommendations for future planning.
