Starbucks® Rewards Store Dash Promotion

Promo Mechanics

1. From July 1 – 31, 2024, Starbucks Rewards members who make five (5) single receipt transactions in store, drive thru or via Mobile Order & Pay worth at least Php350 will receive 5 special Starbucks Rewards Vouchers after completion.

2. Only Starbucks Rewards REGISTERED members will be eligible for the promotion.  Customers can register by creating a Starbucks Rewards account on the Starbucks PH app or on starbuckscard.ph 
3. Starbucks Rewards members must JOIN the Store Dash promotion from July 1-31st using the Starbucks PH app.
   • How to join through the Starbucks PH App:
     1.  Open the Starbucks PH app.
     2.  Tap on Starbucks Store Dash on the homepage.
     3.  Click on Accept inside the promo page.
4. Purchases made in-store, drive-thru or via Mobile Order & Pay are valid. Delivery or Lazada purchases are not included.
5. P350 minimum purchase requirement will be based on final value minus all applicable discounts.
6. Government-mandated discounts, RGOC and RCOC discounts are applicable for the single receipt but net amount must be at least Php350 to be eligible for the promo. If net amount is less than Php350, it will not be counted.
7. Promotion can only be completed once during the whole promo period. 
8. Vouchers can only be redeemed and used once during the whole redemption period. 
9. The promotion will run from July 1-31, 2024. 
10. Voucher redemption will be from July 1 to August 31, 2024. 

Voucher Mechanics

1. Voucher redemption will be from July 1 to August 31, 2024. 
2. Starbucks Rewards Member must inform barista that they will be redeeming a voucher before ordering. 
3. Vouchers can only be redeemed and used once during the whole redemption period. 
4. Vouchers can be used in purchases in-store, drive thru or via Mobile Order & Pay. 
5. There is no limit to the number of voucher redemptions per member, per day.
6. Government-mandated discounts, RGOC and RCOC discounts may not be applied on voucher redemptions. Starbucks Rewards Member must choose to either use the special reward voucher or their discount. 

Members may have higher discount values with their government-mandated discounts and may choose to use this instead of the Store Dash vouchers.

Individual Voucher Mechanics:

Store Dash: Free Drink of any size

• Starbucks Rewards Member will get a free drink of any size. Discount will apply to the lowest priced drink in the transaction.
• Valid for any Starbucks drink excluding Starbucks Reserve Premium Coffee and Ice Cream Beverages. 
• Add-ons will have additional charges. 
• Substitutions may have additional charges.
  
  Store Dash: Buy One, Get One Tall Drink
• Starbucks Rewards Member is entitled to a Free Tall drink with a Tall drink purchase. 
• 2nd drink claimed must be same as the purchased drink.
• Upsize is not allowed.
• Add-ons will have additional charges.
• Substitutions may have additional charges.
  
  Store Dash: Free Tall Brewed Coffee or Americano with Whole Bean
• Starbucks Rewards Member is entitled to a Free Tall Hot Brewed Coffee or Caffe Americano with a 250g Packaged Whole Bean purchase. Discount will apply to the lowest priced drink in the transaction.
• Upsize is not allowed.
• Add-ons will have additional charges.
• Substitutions may have additional charges.

Store Dash: 10% off on purchase

• Starbucks Rewards Member is entitled to a 10% off on min. purchase of P1,000, max purchase of P9,999 on a single receipt. 

Store Dash: 20% off Venti Drink on MOP

• Starbucks Rewards Member is entitled to a 20% off on a base Venti beverage purchase.
• Add-ons and substitutions will be charged as is.
• Purchase must be done through Mobile Order & Pay on the Starbucks PH app only.
• Discount will apply to the highest priced Venti beverage in the transaction.

FAQs

Q: How do I join the Starbucks Store Dash?

A: The Starbucks Store Dash is exclusive to Starbucks Rewards members. A member is required to opt-in/join the store dash thru the Starbucks mobile app. Access the Store Dash banner found at the homepage of the mobile app and click on the ACCEPT button.

Q: I am not a Starbucks Rewards member; how can I join?

A: Download the Starbucks PH app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, register for a new Starbucks Rewards account by using your active email address. Once you are a member, access the Store Dash banner found at the homepage of the mobile app and click on the ACCEPT button.

Q: I had a P350 single-receipt transaction in my Starbucks Rewards account but I have not opted-in/joined the Store Dash, will the transaction be valid?

A: Unfortunately, no. Only eligible transactions after a member opts-in/joins the Store Dash will be counted as a valid transaction.

Q: Is the P350 value before or after any discounts?

A: A valid transaction should have an amount of at least P350 net of all applicable discounts.

Q: My transaction is worth P700, will this be counted as 2?

A: This will only be counted as one (1) valid transaction. Valid transaction is counted per single receipt.

Q: How will I get the special treats/digital voucher pack?

A: Once you have completed the purchase requirements within the promo period, the special treat vouchers will automatically be issued simultaneously to your Starbucks account. You will receive all five (5) vouchers at the same time. The vouchers are valid for use until August 31, 2024 in any Starbucks stores nationwide.

Q: Can I redeem multiple treats per day?

A: Yes, you may. Do not forget to inform the barista at the register that you would like to redeem a voucher from your account.

Q: How many times can I finish and collect the special treats?

A: A Starbucks Rewards member can only finish and collect the special treat vouchers ONCE during the promo period. 

Q: Can I use a special treat voucher if the store is offline?

A: A special treat voucher can only be used when a store is online. Please visit us another time or you may redeem your treat in another store nearby.

Q: Why can’t my Senior or PWD discounted amount count towards the min P350 transaction?

A: Starbucks would like to honor the mandatory government mandated discounts. By providing both the discount and promotion, we are providing the maximum benefit which a SC or PWD customer can claim from this promotion.  

Q: Does my purchase using a special treat voucher earn Stars?

A: Yes, purchase required to redeem a treat will continue to earn Stars. Stars will be computed against total amount net of discount.

Q: Can I use my senior citizen or PWD discount, any government mandated discount, RGOC discount or RCOC discount with a special treat voucher?

A: Government-mandated discounts, RGOC  and RCOC discounts is not applicable for the Tall Beverage purchase requirement. Member must choose to either use the special reward voucher or their discount.

Q: Will my offline transaction be eligible?

A: Yes, offline transactions are eligible.
