SM City San Fernando Downtown, kicked-off its celebration by paying tribute to Disney’s song numbers performed by the Angeles University Foundation Concert Chorus.
Right after the rendition of Disney’s songs, the tallest mall in Pampanga honored the characters of disney’s movies of princesses like:Belle, Rapunzel, and Sleeping Beauty. According to its Mall manager ms. lana Erroba, annually SM City San Fernando Downtown gives special treat to mall-goers to exprience a different christmas.
The christmas kick-off also paved the way to give gifts to 15 indigent children from the City Social Welfare office.
The ceremonial lighting was led by:SM Supermalls Asst Vice Pres for Operations NL4 Engr. Junias Eusebio, DFA Region 3 Director Mr. Edmundo A. Mangubat, SM City San Fernando Downtown Mall Manager Ms. Lana Erroba, City of San Fernando Councilor BJ Lagman, and City of San Fernando Tourism Officer ms. Ching Pangilinan.
At SM City Pampanga a 25-foot giant christmas tree was lighted and made even more enchanting with the superb performance of the Philippine Ballet Theatre and Filipino pop group 5th Gen performing songs from Disney.
SM Supermalls Asst Vice Pres for Operations NL 4 Engr Eusebio said,”This our way of welcoming the most wonderful time of the year here at SM City Pampanga. Today, we follow other SM malls, as we formally launch our Disney-themed Christmas centerpiece.
Ours, featuring the world’s most loved mouse—Mickey”.
Also present at the event were:SM City Pampanga Mall Manager Aron Montenegro, Asst Mall manager Jerwin Jalandoni, DFA Region 3 Director ms. Edmundo A. Mangubat, Municipality of Mexico Mayor Teddy Tumang, City of San Fernando Councilor BJ lagman. and Provincial board Member Rosve Henson.
SM City Clark, on the other hand lighted its christmas Village featuring one of Disney’s highest-grossing films Frozen.
