The Gabaldon Public Employment Service Office led shoe distribution also participated in by the police and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-Nueva Ecija, headed by provincial director Elpidio Mamaril Jr.

Lt. Col. Reandrew Rubio, commanding officer of 91IB, said that Tech Sgt. Shane Gregorio, first sergeant of Alpha Company along with other troops, under the supervision of 1stb Lt. Jevie Sagragao, extended manpower and security assistance during the activity.

The beneficiaries were children of the members of Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Mamayan ng Barangay Malinao Association, Barangay Calabasa Farmers Association, Barangay Sawmill Villa Agos Association and Barangay Ligaya Gabay sa Kinabukasan Farmers Association.

“This activity is one way of sustaining our gains by assisting our POs and former rebels. It is also a classic example of the whole-of-nation approach whereby the government and private sector work hand-in-hand to address the needs of our POs. We will continue to be responsive in serving our POs and stakeholders to win the peace,” Rubio said.
