MABALACAT CITY – SM City Clark, on Friday, February 11, successfully launched its StartUp Markets with its first 10 purveyors offering fresh products under various categories.
100 micro and small online business owners were initially invited to set up their shop inside SM Supermalls which will be situated in prime locations.
SM Supermalls launched StartUp Package in October to different online sellers within its communities to help micro and small business owners amid the pandemic. The mall giant will also launch other StartUp Markets nationwide.
The package features start-up friendly rental rates and free use of kiosks and carts with marketing exposure in SM online assets and ad spaces inside the malls. Financial assistance from BDO as well as operations and marketing mentorship from SM experts are also included in the package.
