CABANATUAN CITY – The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office here received seven units of thermal scanners for its precautionary measures against Covid-19 from a mall on March 18.
Eugene Mintu, CDRRMO chief, received the donation from SM City Cabanatuan handed over by Gilson Catalig, customer relations services manager.
Catalig said that as corporate social responsibility they also need to act and support to protect the city which as of presstime has remained free of Covid-19.
“Thermal scanners will be used by the Cabanatuan police force and CDRRMO at entry and exit checkpoints as precautionary measures not only for the malls but for the safety of the community” said Catalig.
Also, food packs and SM bottled water were supplied to the PNP Sumacab checkpoint here.
