YUNG CDC (Clark Development Corp.), drinawing na nila yung apat na palang layers, na corporate layers, may legal layer on top kasi may POGO licensee doon yung pangalawang layer. Pero yung pang-apat na drinawing nila na dotted lines lamang, I don’t think they can completely escape accountability, at least for knowing na may nangyayaring off doon.
Dahil sila pa rin ang authority sa lupaing iyon kahit ni-lease na nga nila at sinub-lease pa iyon and up to that point na kanina sa hearing naipresenta nila kahit sa dotted line yung Colorful and Leap Group na yun ang pinaka-immediate na pinangyayarihan ng human trafficking and cyberscamming. Pero yung layer above nun, yun ay mga may hawak ng POGO licenses, issued not just by PAGCOR, but leases also issued naman by CDC. Senator Risa Hontiveros
From ERC to CDC
IT’S CLEAR that kung walang nagpapalusot, walang lulusot. So, the problem really is enforcement. It will not be this grave if our government officials were just really doing their jobs…
Maybe we should also investigate the background of the ones leading those agencies. What are their track records?
Sa iba pang investigation, Katulad ng kay Sen. Gatchalian sa NGCP (National Grid Corp. of the Philippines), napagdiinan ang ERC (Energy Regulatory Commission) …na may kinalaman sa palusot na nangyayari sa NGCP.
Sino ang mga namuno ng ERC noong mga panahon na ‘yun? ‘Yun ba may kinalaman sa namumuno sa ngayon pareho din sa CDC (Clark Development Corp.)?
Halimbawa, nahuli na natin itong sindikatong ito, pero pare-pareho pa rin ang nagpapatakbo ng ahensya ng gobyerno na hindi natin sigurado ang kredibilidad. Paulit-ulit na mangyayari ito.
