CABANATUAN CITY – Vice Pesidential candidate and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte reminded her supporters to observe physical distancing even as she granted selfies with them in this city on Friday.
Duterte graced the opening of two campaign headquarters for her team in Barangays Sumacab and Bantug here city she also met with some local politicians.
Emerging from the inauguration, Duterte went accross the Maharlika highway to greet her supporters who were mostly clad in red and green, had pictures and selfies and briefly chat with them.
Shortly, she was flashing the placard reminding people to follow physical distancing, one of the rules being laid down by the Commission on Elections in sorties.
“Kailangan may social.distancimg dahil magagalit po ang Comelec pag hindi natin sinunod ang minimum public health standards,” Duterte said as she thanked the people of Nueva Ecija for warm welcome.
Duterte was with senatorial candidate former Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista and House of Representatives Lord Allan Velasco.
