THE RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) analytics team named Tarlac Governor Susan Yap as one of the best-performing governors in the country and ranked her 5th over-all with an over-all rating of 87%.
Gov. Dakila “Dax” Cua of Quirino Province secured 91% and was ranked first followed by Gov. Gwen Garcia of Cebu and Gov. Matthew Marcos Manotoc of Ilocos Norte with an identical 90%. Third is Gov. Jonvic Remulla of Cavite and Dodo Mandanas of Batangas went third as both got 89%. Gov. Toto Defensor Jr. of Iloilo came fourth with 88%.
Completing the Top Provincial Governors are as follows: Gov. Peter Unabia 85% (Misamis Oriental), Gov. Henry Oaminal 85% (Misamis Occidental), Gov. Sharee Ann Tan 83% (Samar), Gov. Edwin Jubahib 82% (Davao del Norte), Gov. Ma. Angelica Amante 81% (Agusan del Norte), Gov. Antonio Kho 80% (Masbate), Gov. Bonz Dolor 78% (Oriental Mindoro), Gov. Nene Jalosjos 76% (Zamboanga del Norte), Gov. Lala Taliño-Mendoza 74% (Cotabato), Gov. Bombit Adiong Jr. 72% (Lanao del Sur) and Gov. Melchor Diclas 70% (Benguet).
