CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — With a distinguished record in leadership, communications, and community service, Dwayne Regie Lingat was officially installed as President of the Rotary Club of Central Pampanga (RCCP) for Rotary Year 2025–2026.

The induction ceremony, held at Kingsborough International Convention Center, was made more meaningful with the presence of District 3790 Governor Dan Torres, who offered his full support to the club’s new leadership. Also, gracing the momentous occasion was Assistant Governor and past RCCP President Carla Espinosa, who expressed her full support and confidence in Lingat’s leadership as the club enters a new chapter of service and impact.

In his inaugural address, Lingat expressed deep gratitude and shared a clear vision for the year ahead, aligning the club with Rotary International President’s call to “Unite for Good.” He emphasized that RCCP will focus on strengthening its membership base and forging strategic partnerships with both private and public sectors to deliver impactful and collaborative projects.

Furthermore, Lingat renewed the club’s dedication to the global campaign to End Polio, promising a stronger push throughout the year. “This year, we are not only continuing our legacy—we are expanding it. By uniting for good, we will strengthen our membership, deepen our partnerships, and make a stronger push for our advocacy to End Polio. Together, we will elevate what it means to serve,” Lingat shared with conviction.

Lingat’s leadership is backed by a solid academic and professional background. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of the Assumption in 2015 and completed a Master Class in Event Management at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde in 2018. His career includes impactful roles at CELTECH College, Virtuoso Creatives, and Portfolio Events Solution.

As an entrepreneur, he also leads Camp Alpha Production and Events and Bottoms Up Mobile Bar, showcasing his ability to lead in both creative and business spaces. His Rotary journey began in 2012 when he served as Club Service Director of the Rotaract Club of Central Pampanga. He went on to serve as Secretary in 2014, Treasurer in 2015, and President from 2017 to 2019.

He was inducted as a full Rotarian in 2019 and served that same year as RCCP’s Club Service Director. This year marks his formal return to top leadership as Club President, bringing with him over a decade of experience in service and club development.

In recognition of his leadership and dedication, Lingat received the Presidential Award for Outstanding Leadership in 2015. Now at the helm of RCCP, Lingat called on fellow members and partners to walk with him in this new chapter. “I am truly excited to work alongside our amazing Presidents, Directors, and of course, our District Governor.

Let us journey together through this year with purpose, joy, and an unwavering commitment to doing good in the world,” he added. With his leadership, RCCP is poised for a vibrant and impactful Rotary Year, united, inspired, and ready to serve.
