Subic Bay Freeport Zone – The Regional Maritime Unit 3 (RMU3) ranked #2 on the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the month January 2023.
For the period covered, the RMU3 earned a total point of 86.33 making it on top #2 overall for the “Unit Performance Evaluation Rating” among all RMUs and Special Operation Units of the entire Maritime Group. This proof shows the collective efforts of Team RMU3 outwit other units of Maritime Group and adjudged the Best RMUs in terms of Administrative and Operational Accomplishments.
RMU National Capital Region ranked #1 with 87.92 points while RMU Region 6 ranked #3 with 85.85 points.
This success is attributed to the strategic managerial leadership of the Chief Regional Maritime Unit 3 Police Col Oliver S. Tanseco, who brought the best attributes of his personnel to produce positive collaborative results in performing quality public service expected from Maritime Group.
“Hard work and perseverance from the Maritime Police Station Commanders of Bataan, Olongapo City, Zambales, and Maritime Police Precincts of Bataan, Morong Monitoring Team of Olongapo and Baler Aurora, together with their hardworking teams brought this RMU to a new level of performance” Tanseco said.
All these collective accomplishments have made the RMU3 the 2nd place of “Unit Performance Evaluation Rating” for the Month of January 2023 overall among 16 Regional Units of maritime Group nationwide.
