MABALACAT CITY – A multi-purpose hall was inaugurated by real es – tate developer RIMAVEN Properties, Inc. (RPI) on Friday at RIMAVEN Homes Dau, a 4.2-hectare property located at Purok San Isidro, Baran – gay Dau here.
RPI operations man – ager Engr. Nico Policarpio said RIMAVEN provides quality homes at affordable prices to families.
The Aurora Hall will serve as a convergence point, a convenient location for parties and family gatherings or sim – ply a meeting place for residents of RIMAVEN Homes.
Policarpio said a house and lot package ranges from P1.1 to P1.5 million on a 55 to 65 square-meter lot. He said townhouses and duplex measuring 45 to 55 square meters are already available for sale.
“They are tailor fit for starting families because they have three bedrooms including a baby room and a room for teenagers,” he said.
Policarpio said the horizontal development in the subdivision will be completed in two to three months.
Looking back, Policarpio said the origin of RIMAVEN is culled from the names of his uncle Ricardo and grandparents Marina and Venancio because the company’s advocacy is “family connectedness” and family which is the most important unit of society.
