MEXICO, Pampanga— Remote Employee (RE) BPO announced its expansion into Megaworld’s Capital Town during its July 4 midyear celebration, bringing together over 400 employees and partners for an evening of recognition, community, and continued momentum.
The announcement was made by Ruffy Galang, RE, during the firm’s “Arena Level Up” Midyear Party, held at The Lakeshore Tent in Mexico. The event brought together over 400 employees and partners for an evening of celebration, talent recognition, and community building. Timed with the U.S. Independence Day, the gathering reflected Remote Employee’s sustained momentum and culture of engagement.
“We were thrilled to see everyone come together to celebrate not only the hard work of our team but also the strong partnerships that fuel our growth,” said Galang.
“The Arena Level Up party was a perfect way to recharge, connect, and highlight the incredible talents within our company,” he added.
The event featured a company-wide talent show, showcasing the artistic flair of its employees, alongside a Tekken 8 Tournament Final that energized the crowd. Raffle prizes—including a gaming PC, iPad, PlayStation 5, and laptop—added to the festive atmosphere.
For quality analyst Ashley Cecilia Marquez, one of the company’s pioneer hires, the event reflected the company’s investment in personal and professional development. “I started in collections, became a trainer, and now I’m part of the quality team,” she shared.
“They empower us through training and leadership opportunities. It’s helped me grow professionally and personally,” she added.
Senior Trainer Andres Manabat Negradas III, who joined over three years ago, shared similar reflections. “It’s fulfilling to share what I’ve learned across different generations.
