The complaint rooted when Jake portrayed her life story in Maalaala Mo Kaya titled “Jumper’ in its August 26 episode.
According to Jake’s statement, the story began in her childhood.
Jake stressed that he was battered and forced to join singing contests.
Allegedly, he also suffered from verbal abuse each time he would not sing on stage.
It was also pictured in the episode that Raquel spent most of his earnings when he was still active in the international scene.
Raquel consulted her lawyer.
And she was advised that she could not only sue Jake, but also the program MMK. “Iparating mo na lang sana na pinag-iisipan kong magsampa ng kaso (libel) dahil sa pagpapalabas ng istorya ng buhay ko na hindi nila ako kinunsulta
“Kasama na rin sa demanda ang anak ko na si CHARMAINE CLARICE RELUCIO PEMPENGCO.”
Why is she filing a case against her daughter?
“Si Charice daw ang naglahad at ang MMK ang naglabas.”
Raquel is scheduled to file the case within the week.
“Sobrang nasira ang kredibilidad ko bilang tao at bilang ina.
“Buong mundo ang nakaalam, hindi lang buong Pilipinas.
“Kulang na lang sana ay pinatay na ako ni Charice.”
“Maraming makakapagpatunay na malayo sa katotohanan ang istoryang inilahad at inilabas.”

COLEEN GARCIA finally disclosed the month of her wedding with international star Billy Crawford, her boyfriend since 2014, in summer of 2018.
The ceremony that will take place in a members-only island resort. But the couple have yet to finalize the list of principal sponsors and guests, as well as other wedding details.
Drawing up the guest list, which she estimated to be around 200 to 250, has been the most challenging part. “’Yon talaga ng pinakamahirap sa akin,” she said.
“Sa lahat ng, ano, preparation sa kasal, ang pinamahirap talaga ang guest list.
“Hanggang ngayon, parang adding and removing pa rin kami kasi siyempre, it’s a beach wedding, so we have to keep it intimate also.
“But we’re planning also to have a possibility of holding a Manila reception, so that we can entertain everybody and those who cannot be able to go to the beach.”
Coleen has decided on who will design her gown, but she’d rather not divulge the designer’s identity just yet.
However, she readily shared information on how her makeup would look using Happy Skin’s bridal collection, which is essentially a retouch kit made up of two liquid lipsticks, a blush with a compact and a brush, and a highlighting pen.
Also included in the collection are two shades of nail polishes.

“Importante diyan ay you use products that you’re comfortable with, ’yong saktong coverage lang na kung sa’n ka kumportable.
“And retouch, siyempre kasi it’s impossible [for the makeup] to last the entire day, from ceremony all the way up to the reception. Kasi that’s from daytime to nighttime na, so kailangan may kit talaga na pang retouch
“And the third is to feel fresh kasi no matter how fresh you look if deep down parang feeling mo icky ka or you don’t feel very comfortable with yourself, it’s really going to show.
“In pictures, hindi magiging maganda ’yong rehistro.”
